They are in ‘this’ order… Why?
This is all the stuff YOU can do…
Plan for Leadership, make personal leadership plans first and do them daily. You already know a great deal about yourself, but this knowledge is not well-organized unless it is written down. When you write things on paper or electronically, it forces you to focus your thoughts and energies.
Process gives you the freedom you need to be creative and the flexible framework you need to get things done—all from one versatile window. Brainstorm. Organize. Schedule. Plan. Coordinate. Collaborate.
Perform includes activities that ensure that goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner. You have to do it. You have to perform daily. Do the Plan Do the Process and Perform
“You have brains in your head.
You have feet in your shoes.
You can steer yourself any direction you choose.
You’re on your own.
And you know what you know.
And YOU are the guy who’ll decide where to go.”
–Dr. Seuss, Oh, the Places You’ll Go!
